Lola is a junior guide. Despite her young years, she is an empathetic, professional, self-confident, structured and humanly mature companion for our participants on their travels. Lola grew up as Jörgs daughter in a family home, where she came into contact with many elements of Reality Upgrade early on, such as spiritual teachings, yoga, breathwork, seminars and a wide variety of people on the path of personal development. She supports her parents as an assistant in Breathwork training courses and, in her free time, is involved as a versatile caregiver in children's musicals, among other things.
